The site is on top of the Morro Bay bluffs so it required 53 caissons for a solid foundation to support the concrete retaining walls and buildings.

Each suite is complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom, and one bedroom. Each unit has a private deck or patio that has 180 degree views of the Morro Bay area – from Montana de Oro park, the harbor, the Rock, the 3 stacks and out to Estero Point.
