Capriotti’s

Columbia Builders built the first Capriotti’s in SLO county in the Foothill Shopping Center.  This project is a restaurant tenant improvement in an older shopping mall.  We installed new kitchen hoods for their ovens and cook lines.  We install all new HVAC, electrical and plumbing necessary to meet the chain-store requirements.  We completed all the new finishes and fitment for the gourmet sandwich chain.
