Central Coast PAthology, Paso Robles

This was a design-build tenant improvement for a new 3000 SF pathology office and processing facility.  We converted an existing retail space into a new medical space.  The scope included contracting with an architecture firm to design a floor plan and layout based upon function, submit and obtain permits, frame walls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinklers, ceilings, flooring, painting, laboratory casework, and other finishes.  The project had to be completed in less than 90 days from “idea” to move-in due to their existing facility burning to the ground.  We designed, permitted, and constructed in 87 days.
