The Los Alamos Mercantile building is a 10,000 SF mixed-use building including 4 high-end apartments on the second floor and 5 retail/office spaces on the ground floor. The project includes all elevator construction, on-site and off-site improvements, coordination with local jurisdictions, and all final improvements.

Santa Maria Retail Center
New construction of 7269 SF steel and wood framed retail building in an existing complex. The project includes interior retail tenant improvements for Christian’s Mattress Express, Cricket Wireless, and Dunkin’ Donuts. It also includes on-site parking lot improvements and off-site Caltrans street improvements.
Quiky Carwarsh #3
Quiky Carwash is a pre-engineered metal building, including a drive-through carwash tunnel with all the equipment, and a kiosk. This project featured water recycling equipment underground for recirculation of water through the tunnel. There was also lots of site asphalt and a new parking area for vacuuming.
New construction of two commercial office buildings of over 9,000 combined square feet. The project includes interior tenant office improvements for a title company and medical pathology office.
Valentina Inn Suites
This new, 13,000 SF mixed-use project, included a concrete podium slab with two stories of wood framed residential above. The project included complete building out of 10 high-end residential units and approximately 1,800 SF of commercial space on the ground floor. It also included 15 parking stalls in a garage below the podium. The interior build-out included tile, granite, and stainless steel appliances. The work was managed by Tom under a previous company.
