Surfside Donuts

Remodeling Surfside Donuts was Columbia’s very first project. This remodel was a design-build project that included a new donut shop and commercial kitchen, Type 1 hood, grease trap, new ADA compliant restroom, dining space, and retail display counters. The scope also included framing new walls, new tile floors, plumbing, electrical, all commercial electrical and venting requirements, sinks, cabinets, and all had to be Health Department compliant.

2 Blondes Boutique

This boutique was one of our first projects. It was an interior tenant improvement for a boutique retail clothing store that consisted of new dressing rooms, lighting, paint, and bathroom upgrades.

19Six Architects Suite C

Suite C was an interior tenant improvement including new framing, plumbing, electrical, and high end finishes. Some of the features included exposed bar-joist ceilings, and a state-of-the-art conference room.

Gymnazo, San Luis Obispo

The scope for Gymnazo’s remodel included framing new walls, installing new plumbing, new showers, new stalls, mirrors, doors, frames, and polished concrete floors. There was also a design-build aspect to the project which was the construction of the new men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Del’s Pizzeria

This project was a commercial tenant improvement for the one and only Del’s Pizzeria in downtown Pismo Beach.  This landmark restaurant was required to move to new location so we built out the new digs.  The building was an empty shell when we took over – no slab, no walls, no electrical, no waste lines.  The scope included all new underground waste and vents, new slab on grade, frame new walls, new kitchen Type I hood for cook line, new walk-in cooler, office dry goods storage, beverage area, bar, dining facility with decorative wainscot, paint, lights, HVAC systems, ADA bathrooms, and new patio doors.
