We cleared the site by demolishing an old carport structure and removing other site improvements. We constructed a retaining wall along the south property, then graded the new building pad for the ADU and a new parking lot.

The ADU is a double-wide modular structure, so we poured a new foundation, set the double wide, then finished the foundation to the bottom of the modular. We completely graded and paved the new parking lot. We upgraded all new utilities to the site for the new an d the existing structures.
