The Old Mill House
The Old Mill House was a restoration project for a creative owner, in Solvang, CA. The home maintains it’s original shape with a more modern style. Some features on this home are: board and batten siding, a pool, a fire pit, a fireplace, hobby vineyards, high-end finishes, two-story wood framed structure, and a two-car garage.

490 Bell Street Rental Units
The same owner of the Old Mill House also designed this project in Los Alamos, CA. With its western feel, this two-story, mixed-use building fits right in with downtown Los Alamos.
101 Graves Street Restoration
Unfortunately, this home was the victim of a fire. Columbia Builders came in to rebuild the home after its devastation.
This project included an exterior façade renovation by removing shingle siding and installing new horizontal, Hardie lap siding, and trims, and finishing it off with a fresh coat of paint. We also converted a storage area into an on-site laundry facility to meet ADA guidelines.
Kirk Residence Addition
At the Kirk Residence, we upgraded and converted a previous “garage conversion” to a new laundry room, added bathroom, and added bedroom. The scope included framing a new raised floor system, plumbing, electrical, HVAC system, doors and windows, finish carpentry, and new finishes.
