1518 Spring St
1518 Spring Street is a new, ground up construction of a 5250sf mixed-use building located in Paso Robles. The upper floor hosts four one-bedroom apartments, and ground floor hosts one ADA-adaptable one-bedroom apartment and two commercial lease spaces. Columbia Builders constructed all building improvements and all on-site improvements including the back parking lot, underground storm retention system, fire services, water services, and PG&E services all in under eight months during the COVID-19 pandemic.
